Lifetime Warranty

At VialVault Labs, we stand behind the quality of the products we make. Every VialVault Labs product includes a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects.

This warranty covers structural failures and functional defects under normal use. If a covered part fails because of how it was made, we will make it right with a simple replacement process.

What’s Covered

Our lifetime warranty covers manufacturing defects or failures related to:

• 3D printed parts
• Inserts, trays, lids, and dividers
• Structural failures under normal use
• Functional defects caused by workmanship or manufacturing issues

What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

• Cosmetic wear from normal use
• Accidental damage
• Intentional damage
• Lost or stolen items
• Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, extreme heat, or modification
• Incorrect sizing, wrong vial selection, or buyer preference
• Disclosed cosmetic imperfections on Vault Outlet items
• Damage or issues related to the contents placed inside the product

Vault Outlet Items

Vault Outlet items are fully functional unless otherwise stated, but may include minor cosmetic imperfections. Disclosed cosmetic flaws are not covered under warranty. Vault Outlet items are final sale.

Please include:

• Your name
• Order number
• Email address
• Product name
• A short description of the issue
• Photos of the issue, if available

Once received, we will review your request and contact you with the next steps.
