By purchasing from VialVault Labs, you agree to the terms listed below.

Product use

VialVault Labs products are designed for organization, storage, transport, and protection of compatible vials, inserts, cases, and small supplies. Products are not medical devices, pharmaceutical products, sterile containers, or temperature-certified laboratory equipment.

No medical claims

VialVault Labs does not provide medical, pharmaceutical, dosing, safety, storage, or treatment advice. Any product information provided is for general organizational and storage purposes only.

Customers are responsible for knowing and following all applicable laws, regulations, instructions, and safety requirements related to the items they choose to store.

Sizing and compatibility

Customers are responsible for reviewing product dimensions, vial sizes, insert options, and compatibility before ordering. Vial dimensions can vary by manufacturer, so fit is not guaranteed unless exact measurements are confirmed before purchase.

Custom and bulk orders

Custom and bulk orders are made based on the information provided by the customer. Customers are responsible for providing accurate dimensions, quantities, layout requests, deadlines, and other design requirements.

Custom and bulk orders may not be eligible for cancellation, return, or refund once design, production, or fulfillment has begun.

Outlet and imperfect items

Outlet, imperfect, or visual imperfection items are fully functional unless otherwise stated, but may have cosmetic flaws. These items are sold at a discounted price and are final sale.

Product changes

VialVault Labs may update product designs, materials, colors, dimensions, listings, pricing, or availability at any time. Minor design improvements may be made without notice.

Lifetime warranty

VialVault Labs products include a lifetime warranty covering workmanship and structural defects under normal use. The warranty does not cover normal wear, cosmetic damage, misuse, modifications, improper handling, incorrect sizing, or buyer preference.

Limitation of liability

VialVault Labs is not responsible for damage, loss, spoilage, misuse, improper storage, or any issue related to the contents placed inside our products. Customers are responsible for determining whether a product is suitable for their intended use before purchasing.
