VaultPro Custom Vial Storage System
The VaultPro is a heavy-duty vial storage system built for serious organization. Each setup uses a rugged waterproof hard case paired with custom 3D-printed inserts designed to keep vials upright, secure, and easy to access.
Depending on the option selected, your VaultPro may be built using either a Nanuk 908 case or a Pelican Storm iM2075 case.
Please choose the exact case, color, and insert configuration you want from the dropdown menu before ordering.
Case Options
Your selected option applies to the exterior case and insert setup.
Some options use a Nanuk 908 case.
Some options use a Pelican Storm iM2075 case.
You will receive the case style and color selected at checkout.
10 mL Configuration
Designed for standard 10 mL vials.
Standard Setup with Supply Tray
Holds 102 vials total
Includes:
• Base insert: 46 vial slots
• Middle insert: 50 vial slots
• Top supply insert: 10 vial slots
• 5 supply compartments
• Removable divider
This setup is ideal if you want vial storage plus space for syringes, alcohol pads, tourniquets, or other small supplies.
Maximum Capacity Setup
Holds 146 vials total
Includes:
• Base insert: 46 vial slots
• Middle insert: 50 vial slots
• Top vial-only insert: 50 vial slots
This setup removes the supply tray and replaces it with a full vial insert for maximum storage.
3 mL Configuration
Designed for smaller 3 mL vials.
Standard Setup with Supply Tray
Holds 225 vials total
Includes:
• Base insert: 116 vial slots
• Middle insert: 100 vial slots
• Top supply insert: 10 vial slots
• 5 supply compartments
• Removable divider
This setup gives you high-capacity vial storage while still leaving room for small supplies.
Maximum Capacity Setup
Holds 316 vials total
Includes:
• Base insert: 116 vial slots
• Middle insert: 100 vial slots
• Top vial-only insert: 100 vial slots
This is the highest-capacity VaultPro setup available.

Q: Do the cases come with vials?
A: No. Vials are shown for demonstration only and are not included.
Q: Can I put the case in a freezer?
A: Yes. VaultPro cases and inserts are freezer safe.
Q: Are the inserts removable?
A: Yes. The inserts can be removed from the case if needed.
Q: Which case brand will I receive?
A: You will receive the case manufacturer, case color, and insert setup selected from the dropdown menu. Please double-check your selection before ordering.
Warranty and Return Policy
Every VaultPro includes a lifetime warranty covering workmanship and structural defects on the custom inserts. If something fails because of how it was made, we’ll take care of it.
Returns or refunds are not available for issues related to size, fit, incorrect option selection, or buyer preference.

3D Print Note
Our custom inserts are 3D-printed, which may result in minor layer lines or small surface variations. These do not affect durability or function. Each item is carefully inspected before shipping.
