The VaultPro Visual Imperfection Edition is a heavy-duty vial storage system built for serious organization. Each setup uses a rugged waterproof hard case paired with custom 3D-printed inserts designed to keep vials upright, secure, and easy to access.
These are discounted VaultPro units with cosmetic flaws only. Function is the same as our standard VaultPro systems, but the case, insert, or finish may have visual imperfections that do not meet our standard for full-price inventory.
Case brand and case color are based on available outlet stock. Your VaultPro may be built using either a Nanuk 908 case or a Pelican Storm iM2075 case. Case color may vary.
The only selection you need to make is your insert configuration from the dropdown menu.

10 mL Standard Setup with Supply Tray
Designed for standard 10 mL vials.
Holds 102 vials total
Includes:
• Base insert: 46 vial slots
• Middle insert: 50 vial slots
• Top supply insert: 10 vial slots
• 5 supply compartments
• Removable divider
This setup is ideal if you want vial storage plus space for syringes, alcohol pads, tourniquets, or other small supplies.
10 mL Maximum Capacity Setup
Designed for standard 10 mL vials.
Holds 146 vials total
Includes:
• Base insert: 46 vial slots
• Middle insert: 50 vial slots
• Top vial-only insert: 50 vial slots
This setup removes the supply tray and replaces it with a full vial insert for maximum storage.
3 mL Standard Setup with Supply Tray
Designed for smaller 3 mL vials.
Holds 225 vials total
Includes:
• Base insert: 116 vial slots
• Middle insert: 100 vial slots
• Top supply insert: 10 vial slots
• 5 supply compartments
• Removable divider
This setup gives you high-capacity vial storage while still leaving room for small supplies.
3 mL Maximum Capacity Setup
Designed for smaller 3 mL vials.
Holds 316 vials total
Includes:
• Base insert: 116 vial slots
• Middle insert: 100 vial slots
• Top vial-only insert: 100 vial slots
This is the highest-capacity VaultPro setup available.

These flaws are cosmetic only and do not affect normal use, storage function, or insert fit.
Each unit is still checked for basic fit and function before shipping.
Because these are outlet items, the exact cosmetic condition, case brand, and case color may vary from unit to unit and may not match photos exactly.

Warranty and Return Policy
Every VaultPro Visual Imperfection Edition includes a lifetime warranty covering workmanship and structural defects on the custom inserts. If something fails because of how it was made, we’ll take care of it.
Cosmetic flaws are not covered under warranty. This includes scratches, scuffs, dents, finish marks, color variation, print marks, uneven finish, minor surface defects, or other appearance-related issues.
Returns or refunds are not available for cosmetic imperfections, size, fit, incorrect option selection, case brand, case color, disclosed outlet condition, color variation, or buyer preference.
